Train Your Brain to Be Positive đŸ§

Your brain’s a tiny gym, my friend,
Where thoughts do push-ups end to end.
Some thoughts lift joy, some lift despair—
The trick is choosing which ones you wear.

Negativity? Oh, that lazy guy!
Always lounging, eating fries.
He whispers, “Why try? Just give up.”
But positivity shows up doing sit-ups!

Your mind is like a garden patch,
Where every thought grows batch by batch.
Plant a doubt, you’ll grow a jungle,
Plant some hope, and dreams won’t crumble.

Say “thank you” more than “oh no why,”
Watch how your mood begins to fly.
Gratitude is a tiny seed—
Water it daily, it becomes a creed.

Problems will knock (they always do),
But train your mind to say, “Hey, I got you!”
Life’s not perfect—that’s no crime,
A positive mind just dances in time.

When worry comes with a heavy suitcase,
Smile at it gently: “Buddy, wrong place.”
Shift your thoughts with humor and grace,
You’ll feel your sunshine pick up pace.

Happiness isn’t a magic pill,
It’s reps, it’s practice, it’s daily will.
A gym for thoughts, a garden too—
Train your mind, and life trains you.

So each morning tell your brain,
“Let’s choose joy, not stress or strain.”
And slowly you’ll find, to your surprise,
The world looks brighter through positive eyes.
