How are you feeling right now?
If you ask me how I’m feeling right now, I’d say it’s like asking the sky what weather it prefers—sunshine, rain, or thunder. Truth is, all three might show up before lunch. One moment, I’m thrilled because the kids are laughing; the next, I’m worried about tomorrow’s deadlines. Life doesn’t come with one emotion at a time—it’s more of a “buffet spread of feelings.”
As someone once said, “Emotions are like Wi-Fi signals—they fluctuate, they drop, but somehow, they keep us connected to life.”
Think about it: we never wake up with a fixed ‘today I’ll only be happy’ setting. We wake up as humans—messy, layered, and colorful. Happiness comes when your favorite song plays, irritation arrives when the toothpaste tube is squeezed from the middle, and worry sneaks in when you realize you forgot to pay that bill.
Humorously enough, even in the middle of chaos, joy finds a way. Like when your child says something so unexpectedly funny that even your stress gets embarrassed and walks away.
So, how am I feeling right now? Imagine a traffic signal stuck on all three lights at once—green, yellow, and red. Confusing, but hey, cars still find a way to move. That’s me.
As I remind myself daily: “Emotions are not problems to solve, they’re colors to paint with.”
✨ Thought to ponder: Maybe life isn’t about choosing one feeling, but learning to dance gracefully with all of them.

Very nice!
