My Life’s Tagline? Somewhere Between ‘Oops’ and ‘Aha!

If humans had taglines, what would yours be?

Imagine walking into a room and people don’t just see your face—they see your tagline glowing above your head like a neon halo. What would yours say? “Work hard, nap harder”? “Caution: May start deep conversations at random”? “Brains, biceps, and biryani”? Well, mine would read:

“Powered by Laughter, Fueled by Chaos, Running on Hope.”

Because, let’s be honest, I don’t run on caffeine—I run on pure determination not to lose my mind when three kids are yelling, the milk is boiling over, and I just remembered I left my meeting on mute while passionately ranting about mental health.

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. It’s about adding the right tagline,” says nobody famous, but I just did, so you’re welcome.

Taglines tell the truth with flair. They’re like mini mission statements, but with more sass. Some people live by “Just Do It,” while others vibe more with “I Came. I Saw. I Forgot What I Was Doing.” You don’t choose your tagline—it reveals itself after your fifth mental breakdown and sixth cup of tea.

Mine evolved with every late-night journal entry, every dinner I almost burned (or actually did), and every time I consoled a crying child while giving myself a TED Talk in the mirror. It’s a mash-up of survival and soul, laughter and laundry.

“Chaos is a ladder,” said Littlefinger. I say, chaos is a treadmill—keeps me running, screaming, yet somehow fit.

In the end, your tagline isn’t just what describes you—it’s what reminds you who you are when life tries to turn you into a Wi-Fi-less version of yourself.

Thought to ponder:
If your life had a movie poster, would your tagline make people laugh, cry, or book a seat? Maybe it should do all three.
