From God’s Giggle to My New Scribble: A Dream Job Remix

What’s your dream job?

Dreams evolve as we do, and my journey through life has been no exception. As a child, I was fascinated by the human mind and imagined myself as a psychiatrist, helping others navigate their mental landscapes. While the dream of becoming a doctor remained, life gently nudged me toward a different path. I pursued an M.Sc. in Psychiatry, sidestepping the rigorous journey of MBBS.

During my college days, another dream sprouted—a love for teaching. I envisioned myself as a professor, guiding young minds, and eventually, I aspired to become the principal of a college. There’s a saying, “Man plans, and God laughs,” and it couldn’t be truer in my case. Life, in its unpredictable way, took me on a different journey, far from the corridors of academia.

Fast forward to today, and my dream job has taken yet another turn. Now, I aspire to be an author, crafting stories that inspire, educate, and entertain. Writing has always been a comforting space for me, and I dream of penning motivational content, especially for Gen Z and their parents. I want to bridge the generational gap with words, offering wisdom with a sprinkle of humor.

“Dream big, work hard, and stay humble,” resonates deeply with me. Each phase of life taught me valuable lessons, shaping my current aspiration. As I keep my fingers crossed, I firmly believe that one day, I’ll succeed in inspiring others through my words.

A thought to ponder: Dreams are not destinations; they are evolving paths guiding us through life’s beautiful unpredictability.

Dreams take flight, they twist, they turn,
In life’s vast sea, they flow, they churn.
With hope as a compass, the heart as the sail,
One day, we’ll reach, we’ll prevail.
