Success in Every Moment: Finding Joy in the Process💞💕

When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?

Success—a vast concept and an incredibly beautiful feeling. For me, the journey toward success holds more value than the end result itself. It’s in the “never give up” attitude that real growth happens. There are days when I think, “This isn’t my cup of tea.” But in the very next moment, my mind and heart scream, “You can do it!” And so, I push forward, step by step, until I accomplish what I set out to achieve.

Success, to me, isn’t always about the grand finale. Yes, we all think of big personalities when we talk about success—those who’ve reached the peak of their careers. But more than one big victory, I believe it’s essential to cherish the small milestones. “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out,” as Robert Collier said.

Recently, a close friend of mine wanted to start a YouTube channel. Life’s challenges held her back for a while, but she never gave up. After much effort and overcoming her fears, she finally launched it, and the content turned out amazing. I could see the joy in her eyes—the joy of achieving something for herself. That moment, that joy? That is success.

From my school days, I dreamed of being a writer. I wrote poems and stories in my regional language, with the hope of seeing them published in a magazine or newspaper. But feedback told me I needed to improve my language skills. Years passed, but I didn’t give up. Now, with my own blog, I finally have a platform to express myself freely. For me, this is success.

As a career mom, there are days when things just don’t go as planned. And then, out of nowhere, my little one drops the bomb: “Enough, Mom! You need to turn off the laptop. Look at Nobita’s mom—she’s always with her kids, taking care of them. But you? You’re always busy working!” In that moment, I feel utterly shattered, as if Nobita’s mom has come out of the TV just to shame me! But, as always, I take a deep breath and remind myself that I’m doing my best. I juggle office tasks like I’m in a circus, all while trying to ensure my kids get the attention they need. And when I finally see happiness and satisfaction in their eyes, I know I’ve won. That’s my version of success—getting through the day without turning into a cartoon character myself!

As Winston Churchill wisely said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”

So, for me, success is not just about the destination—it’s about the persistence, the determination, and the joy found along the way.
