Thereâs a shelf in my brain, a dusty one too,
Stacked with old worriesâsome vintage, some new.
A few labelled âRegretsâ, one âWhat-ifsâ in blue,
And a whole box marked âStuff I Canât Undo.â
So, I rolled up my sleeves, grabbed a mop made of hope,
To tidy those thoughts that made it hard to cope.
Tossed out old grudgesâexpired, stale brand,
And recycled the dreams I still understand.
Found âcomparison clutterâ under my chair,
Oh my, how it sparkledâlike gossip in air!
But I swept it away with a confident grin,
Saying, âIâm not in their race, my joyâs from within!â
Labeled some memories âKeep,â others âDonate,â
The ones that brought laughter, Iâd never negate.
But those looping worries that played like bad art?
I hit âdeleteâ twiceâto be extra smart.
Now my head feels lighter, like clouds in a song,
Even my to-do list hums, âYouâre doing strong!â
A clear mindâs a home where happiness stays,
So I declutter my thoughtsâon most modern days.
đ Thought to Ponder:
When your mind feels overcrowded, remember â peace isnât found by adding more space, but by keeping only what brings you grace.
